Terms of Service

These terms cover the Glass browser extensions (Glasshot, Glasspick, Glassnight) and the Glass Pro subscription, provided by Butor Márton Kadosa, sole proprietor, Hungary (“we”). Contact: hello@butorkadosa.hu.

1. The extensions

The extensions are free to install and use. Glass Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features described on our website.

2. Purchase and payment

Glass Pro is sold through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which processes the payment, charges applicable taxes and issues your invoice. Lemon Squeezy's own terms apply to the payment.

3. Subscription and cancellation

Glass Pro costs €18 per year (shown prices may change; any change applies only from your next renewal and is announced in advance). It renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt or the customer portal; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

4. Licence

Your licence key is for your personal or business use on up to five computers. You may not share, resell or publish the key. We may deactivate keys that are clearly shared publicly or used fraudulently.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the extensions working, but websites change and browser rules change. The extensions are provided “as is”; we do not guarantee they will work on every website at all times. We may improve or change features.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Glass Pro in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

Hungarian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
